Refunds and cancellation
We want you to be happy with Voice Monkeys. If you're not, you get your money back.
Mac license (Apple Silicon)
Within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Write to support@voicemonkeys.com from the email you paid with, or simply reply to the email with your key. After the refund, the key stops working.
Subscription (cloud version)
- The 7-day trial is free. Cancel before it ends, and you are not charged.
- Within 14 days of any payment (the first one after the trial, or a renewal), you can ask for a full refund of that payment, no questions asked. The subscription then ends.
- The money goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 days.
How to cancel a subscription
Open your account, sign in with your email and click "Manage subscription", then "Cancel subscription". You can also simply write to support@voicemonkeys.com. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. There are no further charges.
EU right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. This policy gives you at least the same: within 14 days, you always get your money back, even if you have already used the app.
